Yr Arglwydd Elis-Thomas: Bore da a chroeso i gyfarfod cyntaf y pwyllgor yn y flwyddyn galendr hon. Mae gennym ymddiheuriadau gan Keith Davies, Julie James a David Rees ar gyfer heddiw.

 

Lord Elis-Thomas: Good morning and welcome to the first meeting of the committee in this calendar year. We have received apologies from Keith Davies, Julie James and David Rees for today’s meeting.

 

Ken Skates is still with us, for which we are grateful.

Yr Arglwydd Elis-Thomas: A gaf i wahodd yr Aelodau i gynnig ein bod yn mynd i sesiwn yn breifat am weddill y cyfarfod, oherwydd rydym yn bwriadu cael trafodaeth fewnol ar adroddiadau a materion eraill nad ydynt eto yn gyhoeddus ac sydd yn faterion i’r pwyllgor.

 

Lord Elis-Thomas: May I invite Members to propose a motion that we go into private session for the remainder of the meeting, because we plan to have an internal discussion on reports and other issues that are not public yet and are matters for the committee.

 

William Powell: I move that

 

 

the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting in accordance with Standing Order No. 17.42(vi).

 

 

Lord Elis-Thomas: Are we all agreed? I see that we are. Diolch yn fawr.
